Samuel Hall

Samuel Hall is a social enterprise that conducts research, evaluates programmes, and analyses data in and on contexts of migration and displacement. With a deep focus on amplifying the voices of migrants, the forcibly displaced, and host societies; our mission is to inform and inspire more inclusive programmes and policies, rooted in an ethical and academically rigorous approach. Samuel Hall will be leading the LLEARN consortium.

ACRA

AGENCY FOR CHILD RELIEF AID (ACRA) is a South Sudanese humanitarian NGO founded in 2016 and registered under the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission. It supports vulnerable children and communities across urban and rural areas with services in child protection, education, water, sanitation, livelihoods, and health. ACRA responds to humanitarian crises while promoting peace, recovery, and long-term development.


CEHRO

The Consortium of Ethiopian Human Rights Organizations (CEHRO) is a network of civil society groups promoting human rights, democracy, and civic space in Ethiopia. It engages in evidence-based advocacy, legal reform, and peacebuilding efforts. CEHRO supports human rights defenders and amplifies marginalised voices across the country.

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Rebka Kassaye is the Project Manager for the LLEARN Project and Advocacy Coordinator at CEHRO in Ethiopia. She is a legal professional with a Law Degree and a Master’s in Human Rights Law. Rebka has over 5 years of experience in project management and human rights advocacy. She is passionate about social justice, children’s rights, and women’s empowerment.

  • Mahder Wondwosen

    COMMNICATIONS OFFICER

    Mahder Wondwosen is the Communication Officer for the LLEARN Project and IT & Communication Officer at CEHRO in Ethiopia. She has 5+ years of experience in digital communication, Communication, and event coordination. Mahder holds a Master's in Project Management and a Bachelor's in Computer Science. She is passionate about digital storytelling, civic engagement, and inclusive development.

UAL

The Urban Action Innovations Lab (UAL) is a knowledge-based platform addressing sustainable urban development challenges. It brings together academia, communities, the private sector, and policymakers to stimulate learning and action. Anchored at Makerere University, UAL also enhances urban education and research across the East African region.


YOUTH VOICES COMMUNITY

Youth Voices Community (YVC) is a grassroots organization dedicated to empowering young people especially refugees and marginalized communities.

TADAMUN SOCIAL SOCIETY [TASS]

Tadamun Social Society is a national, not-for-profit NGO headquartered in Bossaso, with branch offices and representatives across Somalia. Its programmes span the country, guided by the core values of justice, respect, excellence, and commitment. Tadamun works to support vulnerable communities through inclusive, high-quality, and principled service delivery.
